MY CLIENT PHILOSOPHY

"My top priority for client service is listening. †Winning is great, but it's not a goal in itself. Our clients' business goals are paramount, and we all need to listen closely to our clients as we think about how best to serve their interests. Once I understand my clients' goals, I can make them my own."
