    – Lucy R. Dollens

Lucy Dollens concentrates her practice in complex commercial litigation, representing clients in all aspects of business litigation disputes. Lucy helps her clients meet their business objectives, minimize risk, and aggressively move forward in handling contractual issues prior to the initiation of litigation and throughout the course of litigation. In addition to her commercial litigation practice, Lucy regularly advises clients in the automotive industry. She has experience regarding distribution and dealership disputes and warranty issues, including for large manufacturing clients, as well as employment restrictive covenants and trade secrets litigation. Lucy also has extensive experience representing financial institutions, servicers, consumer finance companies, landlords and tenants in both the consumer and commercial contexts, including commercial leasing disputes. Her practice extends to federal and state trial and appellate courts, bankruptcy courts, proceedings involving governmental agencies and regulators, and class actions.
