WHAT CLIENTS SAY

"Randi always keeps our business objectives in mind when providing guidance."
"She understands our needs."

MY CLIENT PHILOSOPHY

"I believe it is critical not only to understand a client's business but also the specific objectives of a particular transaction. I take a pragmatic approach in addressing issues and bridging gaps, one that helps me become a trusted business advisor, not merely a deal lawyer, and in the long run, advances the interests of my clients. I aim to provide thoughtful and practical advice, remain engaged from start to finish and am laser-focused on risk mitigation, execution and meeting the needs of the business."
