“Thomas collaborates with us to understand our business.”
“He is a true partner with us in all senses, with fee arrangements that work for us.”

"I have three simple rules: 1. Be modest - deliver top notch advice in an effective manner, recognizing this is only the beginning of superior client service. 2. Have empathy - look at projects from the clients’ perspective, understand and deliver on their goals, time constraints, value expectations, preferred ways of communicating etc. 3. Empower your team - seamless service delivered by a highly motivated team firing on all cylinders is a powerful experience. A lot of my work is in the cross-border and domestic transactional space where these rules have served our clients and team well over many years."
